Supporting scientific research

The Dinosaur Museum is run by the DINOSAURIA Association, a non-profit organisation governed by the 1901 Act. Between 95 per cent and 100 per cent of the association’s income comes from admission fees, the shop, membership fees and donations to the association.

Dinosauria is dedicated to scientific research, training and the dissemination of knowledge in palaeontology; in other words:

• training in palaeontological excavation techniques and fossil preparation

• supervising university students

• participating in international conferences

• organising conferences

• managing the Espéraza Dinosaur Museum • publishing a specialist journal, Oryctos, and a popular science blog: the DinoBlog.

Get involved in palaeontological discoveries and the museum’s projects

Membership offers free entry to the museum and all temporary exhibitions for one year, as well as a 10 per cent discount in the shop and a 5 per cent discount in the bookshop.
